  • Info on what the State of Ohio requires for a heliport it might not be your state but it will give you & idea of how it works.

  • FAA Notice of landing any type i.e. temporary

This is the location for our future landing pad & training pad.

Since this is commercial property a permit is required.

Our heliport will be operated as a private heliport & not for commercial use. Which means very limited use as far as landings & departures.

For all our Helicopter builds, they will be trailered back & forth to the local airfield for the 40 hour testing.

You will be able to land here but it must be scheduled, for a few reasons.

1) it's a private heliport

2) there is a county sheriff's heliport right next door with 2 helicopters that are used everyday

3) FAA rules on private heliports

As long as you have

  • The correct space requirements for landing
  • The correct permissions
  • A clear & safe landing approach & departure

Then you are OK to land there!
